Lease Option

Lease Option Deals

Rental or Retail grade properties that are occupied by a tenant who has the option to buy within a predetermined period. Tenant generally has poor credit and is unable to buy until credit score reaches 620. Once they attain the right credit score, they can execute their option to buy through a bank. While they are in the lease option agreement, the investor cashflows monthly.
